I am now 3 years and 2 months since being Medically Retired at 100 Percent P&t. I have had 0 help with submitting my CRSC application. Attempted to submit the form and it was immediately kicked back because I didn’t have supporting evidence. Over 8 months Ago I submitted through the VA a Foia Request to receive my Cfile and all of my documents to include my C&P exams to provide the supporting evidence and it is still sitting at the same point it was when I submitted it. I also submitted within the past month a congressional Complaint and they’re office received the same bogus answer they’ve been giving me for 8 months. that it’s sitting in a cue and there’s nothing they can do. The longer I can’t receive my files the longer I can’t submit the application. Not sure what else to do. Again I have been trying to file for CRSC since I retired over 3 years ago and can’t because the VA refuses to give me my records. Also if someone can help calculate the amount I should receive as well as the back pay that would be greatly appreciated because I have a feeling once I do submit and wait longer for actual payment I have a feeling I’m going to get screwed there as well.

Have you joined the CRSC page on FaceBook? They may be able to help! @RetiredColonel-MikeT is a CRSC ambassador and runs a CRSC FaceBook page to help others. He looked over my application before I submitted it which was very helpful.
