20 JUL- Finished all appts
11AUG- Signed and returned NARSUM
12 SEP- Case closed on VA.gov
13 SEP- inquired with PEBLO on status and she stated it is "pending vote 2"

Have asked for a few more updates since and she stated it's just awaiting a signature. I've had no other updates or information since. I tried to call the VA to see if I could get my proposed ratings and they said they couldn't provide.

Hey same thing with me. My case closed sep 13 and i yet to have my 199. Peblo also told me it went for vote 2 and i have no idea what has happened since then. Can you please update if you have anything new.

OP When I called the VA and asked for my proposed rating and electronic version of the letter, the first person I talked with said that was absolutely not possible and against “the rules”. I explained that it is in fact possible, and as you might imagine she became annoyed. So I hung up and called back 10 minutes later. This next person was way more helpful and didn’t bat an eye at my request. She sent me the letter and told me the percentages over the phone with no issue. Some people are great, others seem to forget how short life is or something.

Yeah you should. I put in a help ticket and the person who called me sent me my ratings. And when I called before they said they was not allowed. It's hit or miss.

Yep I just called and they emailed it to me. Is it supposed to say "proposed ratings"?
