Different claims??

Just recently medically retired. Question, I have my proposal ratings for 90% VA and now looking at ebenefits I have new claims. It's the same claims before getting out but now it's missing a few. After adding it all together, it will come out 80%. Why am I missing a few claims from proposed ratings? Thanks

Excellent question. All I can say is I had a similar thing happen, in fact I ended up with 5 different claims, many with completely random combinations of my original claim. Everything came out in the end without anything done on my part. Ebenefits appears to be garbage.
