Going to do my best to keep this updated so I can see the progress myself. Hopefully someone can find this useful as well. I say condition "revealed" because I've known I had this for a long time, just did my best to push through it, until my PCM ordered an x ray and it was revealed. Next step is AFPC's decision, hoping they concur with the doc, CC, and myself. Here is my current timeline:

18 Sep 2025
- Disqualifying Medical Condition "Revealed"
23 Oct 2025 - Met w/ PCM, Discussed Future/Outlook, Referred to Neurosurgeon
8 Dec 2025 - Neuro Appt, Nothing To Be Done, Recommend Lifelong Pain Management
13 Dec 2025 - Met w/ PCM, Decided To Push for Separation
22 Jan 2026 - Code 37 Applied
2 Feb 2026 - CIS Submit to PEBLO (Do Not Retain)

18 Feb 2026 - Package sent to AFPC (PEBLO said currently 30-45 day timeline)

Do you know how long your packet sat at your MEB office prior to being routed to AFPC
I just was notified on Thursday (19 Feb) that my package was sent to AFPC. The PEBLO said that expected turnaround is 30-45 days. I submit the CIS on 2 Feb 2026 to the PEBLO, they were pulling medical records and building my package to send to the SGP (basically a doctor that makes an impartial review and separation/retention recommendation). His review and recommendation was complete on Thursday and the package was sent to AFPC that same afternoon. I am starting my 30 day counter as of Monday, just to give them a few extra days to complete it. So to answer your question from 2 Feb 26 when I sent the CIS, it didn't move to AFPC until 19 Feb 26.

Good luck, will be watching your timeline!
