Ebenefits question

I was checking EBenefits today and I noticed that the status changed from pending decision approval back to gathering evidence. This also says it is waiting for documentation from me next to it. The documentation that is being asked for is my dd214. As I"m still on active duty I don't have this form yet, does this mean the VA is done with my rating and they have sent it back to the PEB, or did someone mess up somewhere?
 
For my case, I had two entries in eBenefits, the second claim disappeared when the VA completed the ratings. Call providence and ask them what the status of your claim is. 401-223-3700
