Ebenefits question

Good Morning Everyone,

I had a question in regards to the disability section on the Ebenefits website. When selecting disability you can see all your claims, if you select them you can request the VA to rate your claims within 30 days if you have no more evidence, which In my case I do not as the entirety of my medical files both military and out in town doctors have been uploaded to the VA. Has anyone selected this option? If so did you note a faster turnaround on your rating? Any information helps. Thank you all for your time.

I selected that October 27. Still don’t have ratings .
 
Is it common for someone to get VA rating before PEB rating? because that's my spot right now. and does anyone know what "MO" is on the time line of medical separation? I have been pretty much left in the dark for 4 months and every time I call my MEBLO he doesn't know anything either.

You're with the medical officer just waiting. It sucks, I was there for awhile too.

either my PEBLO is in the dark or is dumb because I called him today, and he hasn't heard or seen any activity. or he's keeping me out of it until its time for signing. I haven't gotten any information since it was sent up and I try to follow up weekly and I get the same answer every time. which is " nothing" and " keep waiting" and I hate being stonewalled. its just really frustrating at this point. any answer is better than no answer...

Trust me, mine basically told me to fuck off and just talk to his supervisor who was absolutely no help either. When was your case accepted by the PEB? Today was the first day I've had a legitimate update since mine was accepted Aug 23.

mine was sent up mid October 2021, that's all I've been told I haven't gotten any update on if it was "accepted" or not.... im in the dark. until today I didn't even know that they were "accepted" at all.... all I was told is that when they start my shit that it will show up on my MOL

MOL will update when it's accepted. But if yours was accepted in October, I'd expect a few more months of waiting.

Where in MOL are you looking? Look under your BIR near the bottom for Duty Status Information. I've attached a screenshot of mine. If it was sent in October and still not accepted I would follow up with your PEBLO to make sure it was actually sent.

Mine says pregnant, and hasn’t been updated since last month

I'm not sure if there's a priority over which status is shown, or if it's just simple chronological. I would check with your PEBLO just to make sure it was actually sent.

Pregnancy takes precedence , I’ve had two kids and I never got mol notifications of anything with my med board. It’s on the S-1 I guess, I would deff just check w the peblo. Also wounded warrior can tell you if it’s sent
