EBenefits

Quick question. My husband is currently waiting to go to the VA (we're in Korea, so it's taking a bit of time to get him to Travis AFB, CA in order to make the appts), but we keep reading on here about people checking updates on the eBenefits website. His eBenefits doesn't show anything (it says: "We are unable to find any claims for you in our records.") - at what point can we expect eBenefits to show any record of this Med Board process?

TIA.

Directly from my VA MSC "don't rely on e-benefits to be accurate"

The claim should first appear after you have met with the VA MSC (military services coordinator) and you fill out all the initial paperwork for the claims you are making.

After that, e-benefits may move accurately, it may reflect a previous stage when you have moved past it, or it may reflect that you are in a later stage then you really are.

Mine is currently showing pending decision approval, but I'm way past that stage at this point.
