I’m just wondering if there’s been anyone that was found to have FVL as a referred condition and what the results of their board was like?
I’m currently in the PEB part of the process, but I would like to know how sporadic the rating could be and if it’s something I may potentially have to fight for for a higher rating before I get out. I do want to get out, btw. I just don’t see enough updates about Factor V Leiden on here.

Is there any update to this?
Nothing yet. I’m at 79 days since being found unfit, and I’ve been seeing a lot of ratings coming back after around 90 days give or take four or five days. Once I get that I planned on updating everything based on that. Should be around another two weeks.

(I’m sure its P&T because one of the entitlements on my decisions paperwork mentioned Chapter 35 benefits, which is for permanent and total veterans)

Do you have any update on what you ended up with? How many years were you in prior to the DVT?
