Going through an MEB for fibro. Just curious what you all think of my results. He put in not refractive to therapy even though I told him none of my meds or PT helps. Also talks about my symptoms but didn't check them off even though Im claiming most of them. Not sure if it saying constant will get me 40% but freaking out not gonna lie. Please let me know what yall think, thank you.

The VA rater typically will go with the C&P exam. You can submit a VAAR if they find you unfit. Fibro was one of my conditions.

You don't have to wait to get this fixed. You can fill out VA Form 21-4138 explaining everything and include a copy of the questionnaire that they had you bring in with the exam. You can also include a letter from your PCM stating the same thing as the questionnaire to bolster your claim. A poorly written DBQ isn't the end all be all. Just challenge it now so you don't have to do a VARR later. Login to VA.gov and upload this evidence and it will be reviewed in addition to the DBQ. If there are symptoms that you stated and aren't on your DBQ work on it now so that hopefully you get the results correct the first time. This will save you the stress of submitting a VARR and hoping that corrects it. There isn't much recourse to a VARR so you don't want that to be a fall back option. Instead that is more of a last resort to get your VA rating fixed which will be used for your DOD%.

Thank you! I went ahead and uploaded the 4138 describing everything, I had no idea that was a thing.

Your DBQ was a lot better than mine and I ended up with unfit 10% DoD. My doctor also put not refractory to therapy, but didn’t check constant. Also did not conduct a tender point check at all just put no.
