I had my Formal PEB Hearing on Friday 10th 8:00am CST it went very favorable i had an issue with my LOD. I demonstrated to the board that i had all the evidence of my injury after it happen in May 2021 they agree that i had enough proof that shows how after the surgery my injury got worst they said they were going to send all my medical documents to HRC so they can make a LOD determination does anyone know how longs that process takes i have not heard anything yet thank you.
