Update

NLT Date: December 9th, 2024. I plan to have this moved up though since I already have a job lined up.
 
Update: NLT date was 09 DEC 2024, but I got it changed to 27 SEP 2024 and I pick up my orders tomorrow and start clearing next week.
 
I worked with the SFAC on post, specifically a Mr. Narazio. He helped me with the process.

Sounds good, thank you, I just got my proposed ratings yesterday so I’m hoping I get my da199 soon so I can get orders
 
After I got my DA199 and signed it, it was really quick. A few days later I got my NLT date and then received an email from transproc and then an email from Mr. Nazario from the SFAC center and he helped me out. You can bypass your battalion S1 for all the requirements and he'll send your packet to transproc. I got my orders the day after he sent my packet up and started clearing the next week. You just need 10 working days to be able to clear.

What are the requirements for getting them changed? I just got a house back in my hometown and I’m hoping to get my date moved up so I can get there so it’s not sitting empty for too long

You just have to have 10 business days avaliable to clear. I got my original NLT of 9 December on 11 September and on 13 September I picked up my orders for a retirement date of 27 September. So if you're ready to get it done, it's possible.
 
Just to clarify, Speak to SFAC on post , Would you be able to pass the info on location?

My claims closed yesterday and i got an email with proposed Ratings, What am i waiting on now ? my Peblo doesnt help much

Next you should be getting your DA199 to sign and submit. After that, you'll be placed on transpoc orders and receive your no later than date. From there you'll complete your separation/retirement packet depending on your DoD %. Then it's time to pick up your orders and start clearing!
 
Do you have a rough estimate on when that could happen? just curious , i need to go to transportation and set up the movement of my things and fly my family out of here as soon as i get the orders

I got placed on transpoc and received my NLT date 2 days after I submitted my signed DA199.

Not to hijack OP's post, what were your ratings if you don't mind? Also, who did you get an email from with proposal?

I got the letter from the VA emailed to me through the 1800 number, I think I pressed 3 for claims ? I don't remember exactly that part , told them i was on leave and won't be home for the physical copy so they emailed me an encrypted email. I got 100%VA but waiting on DoD for 199 and their rating
