My phase 5 email was sent to the VA on April 30th, was wondering how long the VA normally takes to rate and send back to the DOD? Already been two months and haven’t heard anything.

Mine was sent 2 May. I called weekly and finally got word that it moved to secondary review on 30 June. Seems a massive backlog at VA right now

I don't think it's a massive backlog right now, it seems its always been backlogged, for IDES there's only two places that work on the claims, I'm not sure once you retire if it goes to the general claims people where it sits in the queue for who knows how long.
