I have found others timelines helpful for expectation management so I figured I would provide my information. My disqualifying condition is lumbar spondylolisthesis and degenerative disk disease. I am an Officer with 6 YOS for reference.

P3 Second Signature: 20MAR25
PEBLO 1st Contact: 24MAR25
MEB In brief: 25MAR25
MSC Interview (Total 17 Claimed Conditions): 26MAR25
1st C&P Exam (5 Exams total): 1APR25
Last C&P Exam: 28APR25
DBQ's Submitted to VA (Case closed with QTC): 2MAY25

Hopefully I will get my NARSUM soon, so far the process has gone relatively smoothly (knock on wood).
 
Thanks for sharing. I had to wait for about a month after my exams finished before my DBQs were finally uploaded. Seems like you’re off to a good start.

I’m currently in the PEB phase, waiting for my proposed ratings. It’s been 6 weeks since my packet has been submitted to the PEB. Hoping I hear something this week or next.

How were you able to find out your DBQs from QTC were submitted? I completed my last C&P Exam with QTC in COS on 13 May.

DBQs from exams are available via Tricare Online Patient Portal -> Health record -> Documents

Since Tricare Online is disabled, you now have to get your DBQs from your PEBLO once they receive your NARSUM.

Claim Closed on VA Site: 27 May 2025
I called and was able to get them to send me my proposed ratings letter, hopefully I will hear soon with the official ratings!

I heard from my PEBLO 6 days after it closed on the VA app. You should be hearing soon.
 
Just and FYI you can go on the va website and file a FOIA request for C&P exams after you are done with them. I received mine about a week and a half prior to my narsum, that way I could look over them.

They give you a timeframe on how long before the 199 was complete and you could start leave?

I didn't get a timeline but my timeframe seems to match others. You can take take leave once you get your NARSUM, but as far as terminal leave I think it depends on what your orders say and instillation policy.

I was told for terminal leave you can take 60 days but if you want more an O6 has to approve it. I have an appointment with transitions today I'm goin to update my timeline and here on how terminal leave works when getting MEB.
 
Did a claim show up on your VA app when your case moved to PEB? Mine just moved to PEB yesterday so I'm curious

So you won’t see anything on the VA app until the PEB is completed. Once its done it’ll show Case Closed and after that you should hear from the PEBLO in about 2-3 days.
