11/28/2023 Sleep Study Ordered

12/01/2023 Sleep Study Arrived

12/02/2023 TeleC&P Exam

12/03/2023 Sleep Study completed and sent

back

12/03/2023 Physical/TBI C&P Exam

12/05/2023 Hearing Exam

01/08/2024 General Medical Exam

01/25/2024 PEBLO submitted MEB packet for NARSUM

01/30/2024 NARSUM Recieved and Signed for PEB ruling

02/15/2024 Ruled Unfit for Duty by PEB, awaiting VA ratings

Full timeline so far, will update when new information arrives.
 
Wow, your case is moving super fast. My case just went to PEB this morning and my PEBLO stated to "not expect anything for three months." Super discouraging, but your timeline gives me hope.

it’s been moving so quick it’s almost unbelievable lol i’m praying for your case to keep chugging along!! my peblo had told me cases were FLYING once they hit the PEB so just stay active with it and be ready.
 
Congrats, your case is going quickly!
I wish this was the case for the rest of FT. Cavazos. My MEB was initiated in October and haven't even hit the PEB stage. I am currently sitting on 40 something days of just waiting for a rebuttal response. I am praying to get some of your luck and speed.

god damn dude… i’m so sorry to that one you had to rebuttal, and two, that the rebuttal is taking so damn long. how’s the communication with your peblo been like? i heard usually that usually that’s everyone’s issue. i’m speaking it into existence: you’re going to hear something soon. keep going.

I was thinking back to a conversation with my PEBLO. I think the claim gets sent up to the VA the day that you find out FIT/UNFIT. I checked VA.gov and it still wasn't populated this morning.
 
I received my unfit last Friday, still nothing. I will keep being patient. Hopefully we both find out soon.
