Check ippsa. Scroll all the way to the bottom to boards (not on my computer or I would tell you the exact verbiage). When you click on that check the medical board. If there is a date in there then you’ll know if it’s been decided on. I asked my peblo last week and he didn’t let me know until I emailed him again, Five days had passed since the decision was made. Don’t hesitate to email early or call because I know cases are moving fast.

Solid Info! I went to IPPS-A and saw that my "EDES date completed" was March 19th. I'm wondering if they made the decision the same day it went up considering it went up on March 19th.

Did your VA.gov claim close before you got your UNFIT/FIT determination??
 
No. It took ten days for my va claim to close. The va wouldn’t tell me what my rating was but I did get into contact with my peblo and he told me. I’m about to make a new thread with my timeline because it went fast.

My case is insane. My Va.gov already closed and I haven't been contacted about FIT/UNFIT. I called VA and they wouldn't tell me my ratings either, but told me to contact my PEBLO. lol
 
Hey dudes! Got an update for you guys and will pretty much be the last updates on my timeline! Thank you for those who interacted with my post and I hope that my case timeline gives some of you hope for a smooth MEB/PEB process. Just keep going.

Quick disclaimer* I probably would of received my orders and started clearing 2-3 weeks ago had my leadership did what they needed to do regarding my transition paperwork, but… I digress.

03/27/24 Orders received. Clearing for installation and unit starts 04/02/24

04/16/24 Terminal leave starts.

05/29/24 Last day of the Army. Retirement. Freedom.

Unfortunately for us active duty guys, we can’t see any of our stuff via VA.gov. that’s for the retired dudes. We only get to see that shit when we’re officially out.

HOWEVER, you may see your case randomly pop up on VA.gov and the first time you see it on there, it may and most likely will already say “closed” and that they’re going to mail you the ratings. This is false. They won’t mail you anything, but your case IS finished and your PEBLO should reach out to you within AT LEAST 4-7 with your proposed ratings. I got impatient when i saw mine was closed and it made me feel extremely anxious so i tried calling the VA to get them to try to give me my ratings LMAOOOO which there answer was no. your peblo will be the only person who can tell you your ratings.

I actually had success with calling the VA. They sent me an email of my proposed ratings. My Peblo in the other hand knew nothing. Lmao.

I do appreciate all the info though!! This has been an interesting process to say the least.

YOU GOT LUCKY. they’re not supposed to do that but if you call and the right person answers, they’ll send them LOL. I almost got one to send me them but she went to her supervisor for approval and he denied it. RIP

Lmao. One thing I can say about all this is there is never the same story twice and the uncertainty is always at 100%!

P.S. Congrats on getting your orders! I hope shit is as smooth as it can be for you until you hit that terminal leave!

Did you ever find out what happened? I checked my iPpsa, and it says it was completed the same day my stuff was sent to the peb as well.

No. Everything is a mystery until it happens. As sad and truthful as that is, but the grass is greener!
