For context - Active Duty Army CW4 with over 22 years AFS. Referred for 1 unfitting condition. Initial injury leading to MRDP and IDES enrollment occurred in January 2021.

5+8 Aug 22 - Initial IDES Briefings

8 Aug 22 - P3 Initiated

12 Aug 22 - Filed VA Disability Claim

6 Sep 22 - 1st QTC Exam

14 Sep 22 - Final QTC Exam

27 Sep 22 - All DBQs Uploaded

9 Nov 22 - NARSUM Complete and MEB Packet Reviewed

10 Nov 22 - Soldiers MEB Council Appointment

*15 Nov 22 - Will sign 3947 and Concur with MEB Decision

I sent a copy of my VA Form 28-10214, DVA Rehabilitation Plan, and my college course enrollment verification email to my PEBLO. I asked my PEBLO if she needed anything else to request that my case be expedited and she told me that she would take care of it with what I sent her. I do know that my PEBLO contacted my VA VR&E Case Manager to verify my information. Hope the information helps.
