Does anyone know or have experience going through IDES at Fort Leonard Wood? I want to know how quickly things move after permanent profile is assigned.
My friend joined 12B OSUT in Nov 2025 as a Reserve and sustained a shoulder fracture during training. Her provider said they he will start med board after she hits 180 days active duty.
