Hello all, I received findings today from the PEB (USMC) showing all 3 referred conditions as fit. I am in disbelief, along with my PEBLO and Docs, after playing the 6 month waiting game. I plan to appeal and take to a formal PEB.
The appointed attorney on base is highly recommended by the PEBLO, but he cannot see me for another week and then as 2 days of leave of the backside, allowing for a total of 3 days before rebuttal/appeal is required.
I am planning to hire a private attorney and already reached out to Mr. Jason Perry in hopes he has capacity to represent me, just waiting to hear back.
I wanted to see if anyone has used Mr. Perry in the past for this stage and has any feedback. I am also open to any recommendations on other attorneys specializing in the FPEB process specific to USMC/Navy in the event Mr. Perry is unable to take me on as a client.
