Full Body Exam Results Timeline

I completed my full body exam on the 12th of Sep. When I go to LHI/OPTUM site it's saying it's still with the provider. I have called multiple times to see if they can get me an answer on when the results would be posted. They have given me an update once saying they have called and emailed the provider. The other calls have been answered with they will give the results to the VA once the provider releases them. I have all my other exams posted on TRICARE's site; this is the last thing that needs to be added. Is there anything else I can do to help move this along?
 
I had a similar problem. I contacted the provider directly and asked them to fax the report. I explained that it was the last report I needed for my case to move forward and that I really needed their help. The provider faxed the report the same day.

How did you get the contact information of the said provider? I have searched for my provider, but nothing comes up on google. All of my paperwork just says LHI and address. I feel very stuck at this point. I am one month from my appointment and I still have nothing.
 
I am sorry you feel stuck. I understand the feeling. My provider’s name was on the letter that I was sent to confirm the appointment and when I arrived for my appointment there was a phone number on the door. I took note of it, just in case. LHI must provide less information about their associate providers than QTC. Hang in there, hopefully your reports will be complete soon
