How does a rate increase work?

Hi everyone, I am out of the military now (just med boarded) and I don't think they did the correct measurement for my back as I was only rated 20%. The range of motion I can do should put me at 40 %. How do I go about a rate increase?

You would file a notice of disagreement with the VA and submit what you believe the correct range of motion measurement.

Via my recent experiences with a successful final judgement outcome on filing a DoVA NOD, it's only with the medical conditions as annotated on that document. Take care!

Thus, I quite often comment that "possessing well-informed knowledge is truly a powerful equalizer!"
