My claim has been closed with the VA for 4 days now and a VA rep has told me they have my decision letter. I have talked to a few different reps and they have all said no to emailing me the results. Can they see how many times you call? How many people do you have to call to finally get someone to email you your proposed disability ratings for the VA?

Ive seen some people call up like 6 times. Dont mention anything with IDES, say something like “i see my claim has closed and when i try to open the attachment file it wont let me, can you email them to me?” Thats what i did with mine and they sent it. Just keep trying, someone will send it
With the turnover rate and the claim populating as closed I think we'll be safe.
I had a document sent to me that was meant for a VSR's eyes only and expressly stated do not send to SM under any circumstance. This was in late May of this year.
I have called both numbers numerous times and never mentioned IDES. They bring up that I am in the IDES and read a script every time. I gave up and just figured I would wait the extra couple of days
Honestly felt that way at first but after like 6 phone calls in a row I got them sent over. If you've nothing better to do I would just keep on the phone til someone caves and play minesweeper or something.
That is so wild that you were sent that document! Lol
Yup. Pretty goofy they sent me notes for the rater. Had a simple breakdown of all of my ratings and the case notes.
