Figured I'd keep track of this here, as I'm dealing with a Navy MTF 5 hours away and utilizing a Dr. I've never seen...

January 19th, 2020 - Injury occurs
November 20th - Referred to MEB
December 30th - Dr. fills out paperwork correctly and submits (just what I'm told)
January 28th 2021 - MOL notification that I was referred to a PEB
Feb 5th - Final QTC appointment
February 25th - PEBLO sends NARSUM paperwork for me to review and sign. States that senior medical advisor needs to sign and then will be submitted to PEB.

Thank you for sharing!

March 11th - VA.gov states my claim is closed and another claim was opened (I’ve heard this is normal)

Have you heard back yet? I’m still waiting and MOL showed the PEB received my package April 16th.
No, my CMS says I am in the "55" day appeal cycle. But zero heard from anyone, other than the kind people on this site recommending I get a lawyer.

Were you not appointed a lawyer at the beginning of this whole process? You should have been, reach out to your PEBLO.
No lawyer appointed yet. Apparently it isn't common until a few days before the hearing. My PEBLO is less than useless, but that is also common.
My MEB lawyer confirmed that I will get a PEB lawyer if my case isn't resolved before a hearing.

Are you Army or Marines? I am Marines and was told by my lawyer that she'll be my PEB lawyer as well. Odd that they'd have two completely different folks rather than one who's handled your case the whole time.
In the Army all the PEB lawyers are in San Antonio since that is the only place the PEB is held. The MEB lawyers are at each base.
