Va claim has been in Baltimore for six months. Just today itt was received t cleveland Ohio VA. I've been waiting for ipeb for almost 100 days. Any idea what's goin on and what this means. It says "procedural review" on ebenefit

mine went through Cleveland and it went very fast. I would say it's a good thing. They took 7 days to do my ratings and then sent it back to DC for review. The total time the VA had my stuff including review and approval was only 3 weeks.
