IDES Timeline - Bangor,WA

Yeah I am thinking the same because everything I was seeing had me believing I would be close to one foot out the door by now.

Yep same my process was flying by till I after my case was closed. Maybe QA has a backlog.

Maybe. Regardless, it sounds like me and you should be getting ours around the same day. Let me know if you get yours back and I will do the same if that day ever comes.

is that your PEBLO saying that or did you get ahold of the VA/PEB?
 
Just called the PEB the man said it will be done within a week. I do a have a question though is quality assurance before it gets to the PEB or after. On the VA side they are done until I’m separated. The man said that they just got the case from the VA but it’s been with the PEB for more than a month. Maybe I’m wrong it was with QA for a few weeks.

That’s what he told me. I think it’s after and it’s just making sure all the paperwork is correct and it’s being ready to be sent out. I talked to my attorney after and he said I was already found unfit, so I’m just assuming they’re just making sure they didn’t miss anything.

With it being a holiday weekend, I’m assuming “within a week” for me, at least, is going to be by September 15th. Lol

I'm about to be on skillbridge for 30 days. Hopefully will get ht while I'm away lol
 
Case accepted on MOL Jun 15th. Just spoke with the PEB after calling 30 times and they said my findings should be back in a week.

So I did on Monday, and he told me "it should be released to you within a week" after looking up my SSN.

I'm confused now because my IDES appointed attorney also gave me that information, and he added on top that I was found unfit >2 months ago, VA ratings were sent back to the PEB on 7 AUG, and thinks I should hear from them with my official findings in the next week or so.

And then my private attorney we hired, just got back with me saying that my case is awaiting decision and is in line behind a few others. He's also been amazing thus far helping with everything else, but the different information not all aligning is confusing, so who really knows at this point.

Okay, I think we’re in very similar situations then. My ratings were said to be sent aug 11th. I think my peblo is updating me with old information because I usually find out way sooner than she does. I think I’ll give PEB a Call.

Good luck, hopefully you get more than “one week”
 
I just realized this part of the process is taking so long for us because there is probably a huge number of cases with the PEB, a lot more than they ever have because the VA worked more than double time to clear the backlog for USMC and NAVY. So basically you could say there is a backlog at the PEB because the VA spit out thousands of cases in JULY.
