It took two weeks to post my new EAS on MOL and it was during the holidays too!How long did it take to update after you signed your findings?
2 weeks seems to be what several folks are saying. That's definitely encouraging. By all calculations, I should be days away from receiving findings so I have been trying to find all the recent answers to this question that I can find. Thanks for sharing! It took two weeks to post my new EAS on MOL and it was during the holidays too!
I got mine less then 2 weeks after signing and actually just got it pished up to get out earlierHas anyone got their updated EAS date yet?
you will see it closed but wont be able to see the actual claim letterHey everyone! My current timeline is below. I have 53 days of leave saved and my unit is allowing me to take local leave M-F so I can focus on my transition. Should I expect to EAS around April? Or is that too soon? And how soon should I expect the VA App to show a Claim Letter?

Any update? I believe you and I may be around the same timeline.LOSIN MY MIND WAITIN ON THESE FINAL RESULTS ️️
I haven't talked to PEBLOs for updates anymore as I know they try their best to give accurate dates but in the beginning December they told me two more weeks. The number for the PEB which I called mid December told me I had "three more months", then told me that I will get them late January and by the worst the very beginning of Febuary. I have lately been having really fucking bad back issues and want to get a re do of my back done but have no idea if that means I'll have to deny the results or if I can just add supplemental documents from the ER that shows I've been going for it, I had never gone to medical that much for it before but I cannot get good sleep beecause of it and have been going a lot so do you know if I can just add the medical documents to the VA or something to have the back pain percentage update?Any update? I believe you and I may be around the same timeline.
PEB ACCEPTED: 20231026
VA CLOSED: 20231107 (100% proposed rating)
Called my PEBLO (about 2wks ago) she says she has no update, was going to get ahold of MMSR-4 see if they had anything or contact the PEB if anyone has their contact?
By the way we should definitely be on the same timeline, my VA closed November 6th, got told I was found unfit Nov 20th and that it "went back to the PEB Nov 22" - have no idea what this means and if you do please tell me lol.Any update? I believe you and I may be around the same timeline.

I'm pretty sure you can just run a regular VA claim after you get out (especially if you have been going to medical in the mean time) as long as you're content with the percentage you're getting from the process. I've had a couple issues pop up I might want to try claiming but I got a projected rating of 100% so I don't see much point in trying to add it to the whole process since it would just delay things. If I get less than 100% I'll definitely be following up on the little claims I didn't hit but I think people have been tending to get their projected? I haven't seen anyone say they got a different rating.I haven't talked to PEBLOs for updates anymore as I know they try their best to give accurate dates but in the beginning December they told me two more weeks. FROM MY UNDERSTANDING- I asked my ides attorney specifically if the proposed ratings tend to change and the answer is no - they only are not accurate if you had to increase your percentages but you shouldn’t have to worry about yours going down at allI'm pretty sure you can just run a regular VA claim after you get out (especially if you have been going to medical in the mean time) as long as you're content with the percentage you're getting from the process. I'm also on the same-ish timeline as you guys. NOV 11th was when my claim closed and I am pretty sure my case got back to the PEB around the same time.

Also on a near timeline with you all so we just need to make sure we all update with what we’re hearing lol. My VA claim closed mid-Nov and PEB confirmed receipt of ratings end of Nov. I spoke with the PEB over the holidays and they said ‘3 more weeks, maybe sooner’ at that time.I'm pretty sure you can just run a regular VA claim after you get out (especially if you have been going to medical in the mean time) as long as you're content with the percentage you're getting from the process. As far as this. You’re supposed to inform your PEBLO if things get worse or better (you don’t have to it’s a recommendation to get you the best results). The thing about this is if either happens you have to start over from step 2 where you redo your VA appointments just for the condition that got better or worse, provide your PEBLO with the new docs then it is resent to the PEB with the new information. If you get any sort of operation/surgery while in PEB accepted status and it goes through tri-care the PEB will deny your case and have you start from step 2 again as well with appts and docs again. Best option imo you can wait if you’re not at 100% and tackle your worsening condition with the VA when you EAS.I haven't talked to PEBLOs for updates anymore as I know they try their best to give accurate dates but in the beginning December they told me two more weeks. Basically the PEB is deciding or your case is in line to be decided on what your DOD rating is to be and whether they’ll medically sep w/severance or med retire. VA does there rating first then sends back to PEB for them to discuss your DOD rating and case finals.By the way we should definitely be on the same timeline, my VA closed November 6th, got told I was found unfit Nov 20th and that it "went back to the PEB Nov 22" - have no idea what this means and if you do please tell me lol.
Tried calling PEB no answer I’ll call again and let y’all know what they say. You can also call MMSR-4 they handle the actual logistics and they can track your case a little better than your PEBLO.Also on a near timeline with you all so we just need to make sure we all update with what we’re hearing lol. I am not, I'm on Miramar. I think we double tap on a lot of the same personnel involved in the process though. That's good news! I wasn't expecting 100% and would definitely like to keep itFROM MY UNDERSTANDING- I asked my ides attorney specifically if the proposed ratings tend to change and the answer is no - they only are not accurate if you had to increase your percentages but you shouldn’t have to worry about yours going down at allby the way are you on camp pendleton
When I got ahold of the PEB ages ago (Nov 16thish?) it was right when they sent my stuff back to the VA. When he explained it to me it was pretty much what you said, he told me 36-ish hours turn around to get the VA results and then it goes into QA and to expect a 45 day period there. I'm spitballing on timelines here from a positive outlook but we should all be around 45-50ish days in QA, which means we should be hearing stuff in the next few weeks, especially if the personnel returning this week from the holiday period bit was trueBasically the PEB is deciding or your case is in line to be decided on what your DOD rating is to be and whether they’ll medically sep w/severance or med retire.
