IDES Timeline Camp Lejeune

Let me know if yours got pushed back to if you call him, trying to see if its only my case that got postponed according to his last date
The guy told me 2-3 months at this point idk what to think. My VA closed Nov 7th with ratings, clearly only waiting on the PEB for DOD % that’s it.

He told you 2-3 MORE months or are you referring to 2 months ago ?

Yes, when I called he quoted me for 2-3 months more. I really hope he’s wrong though.

Its crazy to see some people waiting upwards of 5-6 months for their PEB results. Isnt the current timeline around 60ish days?

Thats what it WAS. I cant believe I got my VA Nov 6 and people who got theirs after me already got their final ratings and I was told another 2.5-3 weeks last Wednesday ; and another guy who got his VA ratings Nov 7 was told 3 more months

It sounds like whoever answers at the PEB is giving random time frames, this makes no sense. I absolutely CANNOT WAIT to get out, Ive got my VA rating and see how much better life is going to be outside of this outfit. I cant imagine it takes that long to process a case, fit or unfit? No, okay match up the ratings with what the VA gave. Done.

I'm not up to speed in this thread, wanted to throw out some info that may shed some light on yalls scenarios and yall may have commentary on my scenario.

I was referred to the MEB on 20231025. I got accepted on 20240124, citing that there were massive delays due to "the 3 doctors we have going on holiday and sick leave due to flu season, so [theyre] very backed up" -my PEBLO's supervisor. I will be seen tomorrow for my legal & VA brief.

MEB makes sense as it is many of the Doctors 100th priority after seeing all their patients. However, the PEB is a set group of Officers, both line officers and medical corps officers, whose entire job it is to loook over the cases and ajudicate them. Like Ive said before, imagine being months late to submitting an eval or report to your OIC.

This seems crazy. Were there admin issues with your case?

That's rough but you should be getting news soon. It took them a day to do 25 and they probably do more than that a day.
Correction I was told 150 cases left on Jan 17th. If they do 25 a day roughly then I definitely should be coming up soon, why would I have been told 2.5 - 3 more weeks on Jan24th????? Sometimes it feels like because I call the PEB a lot they push my cash behind others.

Im convinced they give random timelines because there have been people waitin 2.5-3months being told wait another 3 months..... meanwhile it seems most are getting results in 60ish days.

I believe that but it still doesnt make sense that a lot of people who got their Va ratings weeks after me got ratings and I havent its driving me insane, it was enough to get through the two weeks he told me to wait and then to hear three more weeks after that just sucks ass
