I actually made the phone appointment today to make sure I was found unfit. Some peblos don’t say anything till the findings all come back together some peblos let you know asap. I’ve been told if your case is longer than 4 weeks then you are unfit. Just want to clarify though during the appointment.

Yea true it’s what they are supposed to read off a script lol ridiculous. Don’t get your hopes up is right there is a backlog not with VA but with the PEB that’s for sure. The last set of people who got their findings was on AUG 24th. I was told by my lawyer they spit out findings every two weeks in sets.

I have a job offer for a 1 November start date, so that’s my biggest time crunch. I’ll just use all my leave and such if things don’t work out by then, but as long as the PEB has notified me by the end of the month, I’ll feel okay.

If you use PTAD and your terminal leave combined you definitely should be good even if you get a late November EAS

Yeah, I’m on Paternity leave until mid November and then I’ll start using my actual leave until January. More just the moving costs which would suck.
 
I still have a bit of hope. My case was post adjudication and 1 week later is post VA(current stage) Only have one claim. It is enough to seperate me though lol

Did you receive a letter from the VA stating you were found unfit?
 
okay. So if you call the VA they can send you the proposed ratings if you wish.
 
My case was accepted by the PEB May 3rd I don’t get what takes so long lol.
