IDES Timeline

Just talked to my PEBLO. No updates on timeline but I am apparently 5th from this office. They even seem to be confused about timelines and the order of how things are being processed. They said some have come back from just a few months ago and don't have a reason why those would come back before the others that have been waiting since April.

Where are you processing out of? I really wish I knew how they pick and choose what packages to look at because it makes no sense

OK my contact in DC said that my case has not been adjudicated yet.........................so it's still with the medical officer. He said he thinks this will speed it up. Since he's inquired twice about it. so at the point idk how they do cases.

he also told me to be checking my junk email from a Howard PEB washington yard. He said that sometimes it goes to the JUNK folder

I’m at 126 days since the PEB accepted my case.

CONGRINT, IG complaint…submitted them all. I think what pisses me off the most is not getting any useful information from my PEBLO. I’m ready to drop about 20 ICE complaints the second I sign my findings. This forum and Facebook should not be the primary repository of information regarding timelines and the PEB.

Hope we all hear back soon.

I am currently only 40 days in since my PEB was sent. I just reached out to my PEBLO today and he told me that my case has been with the Medical Officer for only 5 days now.. it was sent July 15th 2021. I am a bit worried because I have 2 referring conditions with 2100 medical pages in my file that was sent off. Slightly hopeful though since it is in the hands of a medical officer. Hope I’m not one of those people waiting 120+ days but I am expecting the worst sadly.

WHAT? Mine was sent Jul 13th 2021 from San Diego office and it's still waiting to even be reviewed (it's been accepted already). What kind of Mickey Mouse shit is this? Not angry at you, I'm happy for you just the crazy bullshit timelines.
Well mine is still being reviewed with the medical officer (only been with him/her for 5 days now). Yours isn’t being reviewed by a medical officer yet?

Trying to be more positive this week, but the longer I have to come to work the saltier I get about this whole process. The good thing is I saw people from the 16 & 19th get their results back at the end of last week. So fingers crossed for the rest of us mid to late April submissions.

Oh no! Mine was submitted at the very beginning of April. I wish they had some sort of order to their system. I hope the best for everyone here.

Good Grief! I'm sorry you're still waiting. Are you stationed in SD by chance for some reason I hear their cases are taking forever (mine included)

My case is still with the medical officer…it’s been 90 days with the same person
