Looks like they actually got more people and didn’t lie this time lolI know we’ve been told a million times the PEB brought in people, but I feel that they’re flying through cases now. So many results have come back since yesterday.
The most recent law that affects it is the REMOTE Act, which basically says that any classes through June 2022 that were going to be offered in person but were forced online due to Covid will be considered as resident training by the VA. You should check to see if your school has a military/veteran liaison and they can probably give you a list of courses that are reported to the VA as resident training. My school’s “Coordinator of Veteran and Military Student Education Assistance” emailed out a list of courses that count as resident training so I made sure to sign up for one this semester.I'm also in grad school but thought I would only get the remote bah when i get out. How do you determine if the class is considered by the VA to be resident training?
Where have you seen that? I only saw one June case come back today.I know we’ve been told a million times the PEB brought in people, but I feel that they’re flying through cases now. So many results have come back since yesterday.

Reach out to VR&E…The moment I was mentally finished with the Navy was this passed December. My TA waivers submitted to my command in October never even left the Chief level to be endorsed by my XO or CO and in December Navy college said please just submit what you have at this point. TA denied and I’m stuck with over $6,600 to pay to my school. Now I have to touch my GI Bill due to the fact that I’m not trying to touch my savings especially if I’m likely to separate. Navy Marine Corps Relief Society only authorized me a $1000 loan that they started taking repayments this month. Due to the fact that I can only extend 6 months at a time I couldn’t get a higher loan and because my extension ends in April. This past year has been a nightmare. Don’t even get me started on how my command violated my convalescent leave period last year. It’s literally been a sh*t show and I’m tired of getting clowned. I literally stack my appointments up to avoid going to work. Sorry for the rant, I just feel like I can finally say what’s bothering me and not be judged or have the blame directed at me on this forum.
I have and I will do my initial evaluation phone appointment next week. At least this is a solution for taking future classesReach out to VR&E…
