I signed my PEB on Jun 2nd. On Jul 29th, the VA closed my case and sent my ratings (to where I haven't the slightest). When I talked to my PEBLO about it all she said was "nothing is official until it lands on my desk". Has anyone else's VA info said this? Does it actually mean anything or am I just getting my own hopes up?
This process is a complete load of crap. My MEB started on Jan 4th this year. I've had to remain in a "telework" status because I cannot be in uniform and my command wants to be rid of me as much as I am ready to be rid of the Navy.

Call the VBA and see if they have your VA rating? Or you can go to ebenefits.va.gov and see if your rating is there? I feel you though. Got found unfit in Nov of 2020 was submitted for adsep CND, was told dec 20th I was getting submitted to medboard. My provider sat on it even after getting taken out a 2nd time for MH and the finally submitted it after my XO had a face to face conversation with her mar16. Now waiting for 110 days for my results. That would be grounds for a major lawsuit. Just my opinion though.Getting your congressman involved may just piss some people off and cause further issues with your case. I wouldn’t want to have the anxiety of retaliation. Be careful what you ask for.

It is going to be a good week. That's what I am going to keep telling myself. It is going to be a good week for a lot of us!
In my situation, I completed all of my exams in December 2020 and everything was back to my PEBLO by February 2021 but she "mishandled" my case (which she admitted to in an e-mail after her supervisor got involved) and nothing was sent to DC until June 2021. I submitted my complaint to a house rep last week and they, in turn, sent it to the congressman's office the next day. I attached the DOD policy and explained my case fully. His aid replied and stated that they put an inquiry in last week.Any updates?
I told my JAG today that on Tuesday after I call my PEBLO, if there is no update then I am going to contact my Congressman to have him inquire. He said that he thinks it’s a good idea and the right time to do it. He was hesitant before just because he didn’t want to draw any extra unnecessary attention to the case. Tuesday will be the 16 week mark.
I know that something is at least working from their end because I was supposed to be without pay for the next 45 days (I have been extended for a year now to complete this board & PSD just told me not to anticipate pay for 45+ days because they are backlogged). I got a call this morning and was told to check DFAS, it now shows I will be getting paid.
I have faith that something is in the works because I reached out.

just talked to PEBLO. Said that my package has been with the medical officer for 78 days and there’s only one person ahead of me. Confident that I will get answers soon, whatever the fuck that means.
My lawyer said I am top of the list but it still could be 2-4 weeks. He recommends I contact my Congressman, so that is what I’m doing tonight.

"Per the PEB report sent today there are 2994 cases in the Medical officer que.
When I sort the report from largest to smallest in the Medical Officer que your name is 2451 of 2994.
Of those 2994 cases WRNMMC has 91 still pending action by the PEB.
Your case is # 36 with 88 days at the PEB.
The oldest case pending action from WRNMMC is 130 days. That case was picked up by the PEB on 02APR21 and that case is still in the Medical Officer que.
Yes it is a correct Assumption that the PEB work on a first in first out process.
I hope this helps with understanding the back log currently at the PEB."

wish my PEBLO gave me more information. All she tells me when i call is that it's still with the PEB. I'm dying, i have had several job interviews and have more interviews coming. I'm getting extremely frustrated that i can't just get an answer to move forward. If this lasts much longer and i lose out on job opportunities idk what i'm gonna do. Plus we have a house we want to buy to renovate and are scared the longer it takes someone will scoop in and buy it.

No template just told them my case. and what the case being delayed was doing to me and my family and my potential careers in the civilian world.
