The PEBLOs are COMPLETELY worthless. Mine didn't even tell me about my findings--apparently the MEB Dept Head sends out all the findings. So I don't even know what purpose the PEBLO serves other than to send your package off to the PEB and then never answer your questions.

Their only purpose is false hope and even then they suck at that

Retirement orders just came in. Looks like my retirement date is January 29th, but I'm trying to figure out if that's a no-later-than date. If so, I'd like to retire a little earlier, maybe the 26th or 27th, just to make sure I start receiving disability pay on March 1st instead of April 1st.

June 2: Sent to PEB
July 9: Package moved to Medical Officer
November 8: Unfit findings
November 17: Received retirement orders
January 29: PDRL date

Somehow the Navy has found another way to keep fucking me. I signed for my findings on 27 OCT yet PERS-95 (they draft and send the authorization messages) has not received a PDRL index with my name on it. So still no new EAS. I live in Hawaii and I'm supposed to start school in January in Washington. There's no way I'm going to make it off this island in time if they wait ANOTHER month to give me a new EAS. This is fucking ridiculous.

Not at all. I contacted my PEBLO (who said she has now sent a courtesy email). My AO doesn't even know how this process works apparently because he told 4-5 months which is just blatantly inaccurate. I contacted PERS-95 myself because no one else would do it and thankfully they responded. I don't know what else to do. I'm so tired.

Did you get a phone call or an email with your findings?? I always assumed it would be my PEBLO
 
There should literally be no reason May isn’t finished by now. They shouldn’t be allowed to go on the 96 until May is done honestly. I wish I could take this long to do any of my tasks. Lol
 
Random question. Was may unusually stacked with cases for some reason? Or can we assume that each month will be as saturated as May was?
