Right. I want to know if I’m unfit that way I can start planning to buy a home and start the process. My life has been at a standstill since last MarchI'm 160 with MO
206 since sent off
Starting to think this will never end. Really upset with this whole process.
I feel the same. Starting to get very impatient but I hope this is all over soonRight. I want to know if I’m unfit that way I can start planning to buy a home and start the process. My life has been at a standstill since last March
From what I’ve been seeing, a lot of mental health cases are the last ones to come back. I think keeping any service member in while they are unfit for duty is a liability, not just mental health. There are a lot of commands that refuse to accept medical limitations, whether it be physical or mental.I have been told by a reliable source that they try to process mental health claims quicker. I imagine it’s because of liability reasons.
Most of the commands don't even accommodate people that are hurt or have gone through surgery or mental health issues. I know a few people who have both a physical issue and mental health issue. From what I’ve been seeing, a lot of mental health cases are the last ones to come back. Yeah, I know. I’m currently dealing with it. I have so many physical limitations and my command tries to make me do it anyway. I don’t take their bullshit though, they’ve tried to fuck me over so many times for it, but when it comes down to trying to punish me, it always gets thrown outMost of the commands don't even accommodate people that are hurt or have gone through surgery or mental health issues. I don’t disagree with you at all. The way I see it is that we control what we can. My VA claims finally closed, but I know that probably means nothing lol. From what I’ve been seeing, a lot of mental health cases are the last ones to come back. How long total was your friend at the MO?My friend who was 3 MO days ahead of me in October got the call today. I called my peblo and as of 2 days ago I'm 142 MO days on the tracker. Does this mean I can get the call any day now or does this mean I still haven't got to the presiding officer step yet and I got a ways to go?
