No not yet. I’ll get a call soon to make an appointment to come in to review everything. My wounded Warrior counselor told me if I don’t hear anything else by Friday to let her know and she’ll find out more for me.Were you able to go sign them already??
are certain cases handle differently than others? like is mine is for bilateral labrum tears, is it gonna be handled slower/differentlyNo not yet. I have no idea what order they review cases because these timelines have been off the wall. I do think things are speeding up though. Whether an ailment is physical or mental, I couldn’t tell you if that is a determining factor on how soon they make a decisionare certain cases handle differently than others? like is mine is for bilateral labrum tears, is it gonna be handled slower/differently

It seems to be that Mental Health cases are going through the medical officers (2) while physical cases are going through the line officers (4-6). Mental health cases are lagging way behind due to complexity so they are typically only seen by medical officersI have no idea what order they review cases because these timelines have been off the wall. on my PEB forms it isn't just physical ailments, I have some mental stuff as well which is why im kinda anxious about it. my friend got a phone call about hers almost two months ago and she only had one claim so maybe mine is too much... I have no idea and I have a timeline to keep up with my husband has to be present in Colorado for a new job in June... im really worried he will leave prior to me and I have no idea who I need to pester to get a straight answer. It seems to be that Mental Health cases are going through the medical officers (2) while physical cases are going through the line officers (4-6). When I call I don’t get a letter option, is it under another menu other than the main call menu?Try the letters section of the call tree instead of the claims status. I tried and failed multiple times with the claims people, but I asked for my benefits estimate letter from the letters people and they emailed it right away.
