IDES Timeline

I have no proof, however, I’ve been told that cut and dry physical cases are being pushed through by the LO’s and anything mental health related has to go through the MO (which there are only two).
So if your main condition is mental health, it will take longer?

Yes and personally I think that’s BS. If anything MH cases should be prioritized.
Completely agree. The issue is that the line officers do not have the authority to decide on MH cases. In a normal world I’d like to think the MO’s could handle MH cases in a timely manner. Due to the backlog from the so called “pandemic”, they are swamped with those cases.

I’m sure they are doing best that they can but no matter how good/fast you are at handling a case, 2 people just isn’t enough for like 2500 cases. It’s on the PEB to hire more qualified people but clearly it’s not a priority to them.

Yeah I just saw her yesterday and actually told me where my shit was, so our lawyer should have more information? So is yours past the medical officer?
Yeah, I emailed her and she just told me she hasn't gotten September findings back yet and she'll let me know when she gets mine. so I emailed Mr. Krauer and asked him if my case was with the medical officer or past it and he told me that my case had been with the Presiding Officer since around the 14FEB and I should be hearing back soon. If you ask specific questions, he will respond with a specific answer, at least in my experience. He actually checks the JDETS report and sees where the case is at, she doesn't lmao

Only two people? Man we're gonna be stuck here forever, and they're working from home, wtf are they doing

Just signed my findings today- any idea how long it should be to get the sep notice or a potential new out date? My 2x extended date is April 20- how likely is it to stay that a of now?

You got extended, bless your heart, I will be praying for you so you won't have to stick around any longer

Think it depends on the amount of leave days you have and if you are selling any and if you are approved for PTAD to house hunt and stuff like that.

Sorry if I asked, there’s a million people, but do you know how long your stuff was in the QA phase?

She gave me the whole timeline today suprisingly- it was a little over 2 weeks in the QA phase.

I have over 40 days of leave, and will be approved for PTAD.

I'm hoping it would get extended a month so I have time to do everything, as it sits right now I don't. Also am hoping selfishly so I can get an extra 18k in severance lol my 9.5 year mark is May 18, would be bumped to 10

Once we sign if we wanna get out asap what steps can we take to speed things up

Does anyone know if findings are send back to PEBLOs throughout the day, or is it just a morning thing?
