Damn. Ok. Looks like I'll post likely have to submit my extension again before I get it. Just being impatient since I've seen same-day signers get theirs back already lol
Update. After running around, I received word my sep message came... on the 11th.

So it's been almost a week, and no one let me know, even after asking about it, even after asking them to check message traffic.

I still don't know my date, because only 7 people have access to message traffic and only 2 are not teleworking today. So, the one person told me to wait until it populates on nsips because he didn't want to go to the SIPR computer in the command to look (we only have 2, one in each building). And the other one is in a meeting so I *hope* I find out when my date us today. But the fact its been almost a week and they have known about it since then is frustrating me. I asked Monday about it and they said 'if we see it we'll let you know and let you know the date' now its :"we saw it and just wait until it populates on NSIPS". So frustrating.

I’m in the same boat. I want to buy a house but due to the 12 month thing, I’m going to go with a different loan option. NavyFed has something called the military choice loan. 0 down payment, no mortgage insurance, but the interest rate and APR is higher. You could look into that if you haven’t already. Maybe try looking into what USAA offers as well. On Facebook there is a group called VettedVA which has been very informative. You can request to join it, if you haven’t already
@Neecy09, I went to Navy Fed today and they said they are going to have the same income requirement for the mortgage, irrespective of the loan option that I choose. Depression has already gotten worse since yesterday. I am out of options

Message? What do you mean???
Message through message traffic that has the out date. My out. date was. sent through message traffic but the few people that have SIPR access don't want to check the message traffic again.

So, question. Will the new EAS populate on NSIPS in orders soon after the message is sent out?

Hey man, all home loans will require a 12 month pay stub essentially proving that you won't immediately get foreclosed.. VA pay does count once you begin getting that, and gets counted as more (think it's 1.3x) because it's un-taxed. Is there a reason you need to buy a house now? Buying a house is a horribly stressful time even after you've got an offer accepted, if you're depressed from the possibility of not buying, you will 100% be stressed out during the closing process man!

I keep checking my VA case, and it still isn't closed. So that kind of tells me I have a while for my stuff to be done? Mine was submitted in August, what is the hold up? I was referred for one condition and it wasn't mental, and I had 12 other conditions I filed for disability.

Hi All the wait continues. I found out via fb, that if you want to see your qtc appointment results you can view under Tricare online, under documents.

Buying is always better than renting especially because cost of living went up

It's a trade off. Your roof depreciates at a solid $50/month, I just had to spend 1500$ on my backyard to level it because run off was destroying the fence, 100$ on new circuit breaker fuses, home owning is costly as can be.

Yeah, I'd rather buy a condo or townhouse, than to rent an apartment
