I appreciate everyone’s response. I am just trying to be proactive and get through this phase while focusing on easing into the norm of life again it’s all a case of patience and clarifying information. Thank you to everyone and I will keep posting and following you guys here.

Haha absolutely, my expectations are soooooo soooo low expecting the worst hoping for the best.

VA rated my percentages in jun2021
Was told my package never left the hospital jul2021
Package finally sent out 31August2021
Found unfit 10feb2022

glad you got results, congrats on the 100% VA! But good grief. them sitting on your stuff and then lying about it in multiple instances is such a low deal

Thank you, Yeah the peblo apparently sent my package to a cardiologist who said my heart was healthy (because it is) and denied my original doctor's request for medboard which had nothing to do with my heart in the first place then my peblo "quit" and I got a new one who was very helpful.

No change has happened. It’s proposed, but may or may not ever become the new rating scale.

not sure if I’m supposed to share everything on here.
My referred boarding conditions..
Anxiety:70%
Pelvic pain:30%
MDD:\70%
Fibromyalgia: 20%

DOD says the first three are components of the last… so I was only rated for fibromyalgia.. at 20%. The va’s percentage is flat out incorrect but I am SO TIRED. I do NOT want to stay in just to appeal. I’d have to extend AGAIN. Have a month of no pay AGAIN. And I straight up DONT trust them saying it’ll only be 2 additional months. I’m afraid I’ll regret not getting the tricare tho.. is it worth it? All the adults in my life pretty much say yes but I AM SICK AND TIRED. I was so happy to get out until I saw the 20%… never thought that’d even happen.

You just need 30% or more to get Tricare. If all those conditions were referred, then you do not have to worry because you will receive Tricare

Negative my findings are back and DOD decided that even though I have 4, they are only giving me a rating for fibro. I have 10 days to respond at to whether I want to appeal >:/

I am sorry about it. Maybe they are saying the others do not prevent you from doing your MOS or your rate. The DoD determines whether the conditions are unfit or fit, irrespective of the ratings the VA gave. I would appeal it because medical care is going to be expensive for the conditions that you have. Fight it, my friend! Fight it! You still have more fights in you. Collect more evidence, get letters from family, doctors, colleagues, etc. Collect all encounters you have had since the PEB commenced so that they can have current treatment plans, etc.

Haha yeah, she’s always been ready to throw down with senior enlisted and o’s alike. Her motto is, don’t get mad, just win. I wish she was my CCR, I wouldn’t have to deal with a command that doesn’t care, yet won’t let me go away.

if you check out the facebook pages there’s been a few this week! an august MH case is awaiting their findings now, they are in the final va portion or whatever
