IDES Timeline

I just found out today that it was in QA. I would imagine last week. I’m a sept case, so my timeline isn’t the worst.
I’m 10 days behind you so I’m just trying to estimate where I’m at. I don’t to ask my lawyer because I want to be surprised when my findings come in

A MH case submitted Sept 8 came back today. Just for an update to around where the PEB is at.

Still waiting on a new EAS. Signed my findings 14 days ago
Reach out to people. My message traffic came within a week, and my command didn't bother to really check and I didn't know until I reached out to PSD which messed me over on the date (April 20, found out march 23, message came march 8)

So..
not sure if I’m supposed to share everything on here.
My referred boarding conditions..
Anxiety:70%
Pelvic pain:30%
MDD:\70%
Fibromyalgia: 20%

DOD says the first three are components of the last… so I was only rated for fibromyalgia.. at 20%. The va’s percentage is flat out incorrect but I am SO TIRED. I do NOT want to stay in just to appeal. I’d have to extend AGAIN. Have a month of no pay AGAIN. And I straight up DONT trust them saying it’ll only be 2 additional months. I’m afraid I’ll regret not getting the tricare tho.. is it worth it? All the adults in my life pretty much say yes but I AM SICK AND TIRED. I was so happy to get out until I saw the 20%… never thought that’d even happen.
Wait, so I want to make sure I understand. They gave you percentages for 4 conditions but told you that your total is 20%… like your monthly compensation is 20%?

Personally I would appeal. I know it’s a pain in the behind but you’re talking about the rest of your life. Good luck.

My skillbridge came back approved. Finally something positive
Off hand how did you get the skillbridge thing approved. I have been told that since I technically still have a year and a half until EAOS that I can not apply for it even though it is expected that my medboard will come back unfit and I will be out of the Navy.

I did mine 14 months to EAOS. It’s good for 12 months and they said “we know you are broken and getting out for sure so go get it done”. Iffffff I’m found fit I’ll have to do it over but honestly it’s a joke really, I didn’t learn anything, 6 click through trainings and then capstone was just a civilian saying “yup, you did the trainings, good to go.”
