I am in the very early stages of an MEB. I just received my AAC 37 notification for pending MEB yesterday. The email directed me to complete a few forms. One of them being the VA Separation Health Assessment. Does anyone have any insight on what should go in here? I believe it is supposed to be self-completed. If I don't put things in here, will I not be compensated for them later when I do the official VA assessment with a doctor? Just looking for some direction or any tips for this. Thank you.
