My case was sent to the IPEB on January 7th, and I haven’t received the first MyFSS email yet. I’ve seen on previous forums that it’s like 1-3 days before they received it. Has anyone’s case been sent up to the IPEB in January, and have you received the email yet? Thanks in advance, my mind is spiraling.

That is so weird I know someone on my base who had there's submitted in December and found out everything before the holidays.This waiting is driving me insane. I know after we find out everything its going to go so fast and I feel like Im not going to have enough time to establish housing etc when I get out.
I hope it goes fast!! I got my VA rating months ago they submitted my IPEB 21 November then I didnt hear anything until 11 December and found out they submitted things wrong and didnt complete paperwork correctly so it got resubmitted in December or at least thats what I was told. I have a PEBLO problem they are new have no clue what they are doing and the position keeps having turnover. I hope yours goes smoothly and you hear back soon!!
Awe man I'm so sorry that you are having issues with your PEBLO. To be fair I feel like mines is giving me the run around. She said she submitted it to the PEB, but I've always heard you get a confirmation email saying it was sent up etc. And I never received one. That's crazy though I hope your case gets done soon as well! I’ve been trying to find someone around my time frame to watch there timeline
Welp... Found out today my PEBLO lied. They didnt submit it again till 8 Jan and it got closed again because it was submitted incorrectly again....

Great question. Have you tried going onto myFSS and looking at your open cases? I know some people have been able to view the email statement there. However, mine haven't showed up under the website yet.
What is myFSS? I received notification from my admin section via email and a message was sent on MOL.(Marines)
My case was sent to the PEB Nov 27 and yesterday I was notified the IPEB started action on my case. Should know DOD this week or next.
I did but it isn't showing any open cases yet sadly.
MYFSS is the Air Force force support website. Where all our AFPC cases tend to show up, there are other things as well, but specifically for the PEB, our cases are supposed to populate there so that we can keep track of them.
My case was sent to the IPEB on Jan 7th and I got the first MyFSS email on Jan 8th.
Mine was sent to the IPEB on January 6th and I haven't received any. Is the email a standard thing, or do some people never receive it? I had the VA eMail me my proposed rating because I was tired of waiting, but I really need to know what the DOD is doing, and my PEBLO is very by the book, so she won't tell me anything that's going on. She just keeps giving me a generic paper answer.
AFIK I haven’t seen anyone not get the first email. There was a guy who submitted his package on the 29th of December, but got his first email on the 7th (I think) he got his 2nd email like yesterday.
As for your PEBLO, what possesses her to not want to give you any information is beyond me. They’re your LIASON, lol. Mine has passed along as much information as he has received, which is the only reason he didn’t give me my rating directly. You should be able to ask them if the case is being looked at, at the very least.
Yeah I literally asked her are you sure my case was received and is being looked at. She said I sent it January 6th and it should be getting looked at. What type of answer is that. The peblos can see your package in queue I don't understand why she is being so secretive. She wouldn't even tell me my proposed Va rating.
Weirdddd as fuuuuuck lol. I guess due to the timing of everything, with the holidays in consideration, she didn't upload it until her next time in the office? Which, if that is the case, it a total disservice to you.
My PEBLO has gone as far as telling me where my case is in comparison to other people's in the queue, even giving me conservative timelines based off of them. Obviously not revealing any PII/PHI, just saying "well my oldest thing in here is from mid December, so..."
As far as the proposed VA rating, I reached out to my PEBLO and they told me that they physically cannot see that until the IPEB comes up with a decision. They then suggested that I could reach out to my MSC, the VA rep that set up all of your C&P appointments, and they would be able to at least tell you what the letter says. The VA isn't allowed to share or discuss those proposed ratings with you since they are "proposed" (that's what was told to me by a lady from the VA on the phone).
With any luck, you can just try spam calling the VA and begging them to send you a copy to your email or to share what is written in the letter. All it takes is one person to give up the info.
