Is your VA rating the same for Dod rating?

Yes. Any condition that is found unfit the VA rating and the DOD rating is the same. The difference between the totals is usually high because you may be unfit with only 1 condition lets say 30% but you have a lot of conditions rated by the VA. So you could have 30% DOD and 100% VA but whatever the VA rates that condition in IDES will also be your DOD rating for that one condition.
