Context:
Natty guard - 19.5 years total service, 7.4 years AFS time, 4 title-10 deployments.
Fed tech - 9 years total

10/22/2024 - Case manager notified me of P3. Referral to ND-PEB issued.
2/5/2025 - Briefing with HSS. I asked why my LOD has been sitting at state JAG for 6 months..
2/26/2025 - HRO benefits appointment (reviewed retirement packet for 60/40 stuff.. pretty much ready for submittal)
2/28/2025 - In-line of duty reviewed by state JAG, Referred to IDES med board.
4/25/2025 - Assigned a PEBLO (based out of JBLM).
4/30/2025 - Met PEBLO, discussed all the things.
5/6/2025 - IDES brief
5/30/2025 - 21-0819 & VA SHA submitted to MSC. This is usually submitted after your appointment with a PEBLO but I was out of state for a few weeks, so it was delayed to the end of the month.
6/3/2025 - Met VA MSC, reviewed all the things.
6/4/2025 - VA appointments scheduled (8 new conditions, appealed 6 old non-SC conditions.)
6/11/2025 - First VA appointment
6/16/2025 - Second VA appointment
6/17/2025 - Final VA appointment

7/10/25 - received NARSUM
7/12/25 - counsel w/ PEBLO. Going to appeal, scheduled appointment with MEB JAG for options going forward. (I agree w/ findings. But they left out additional info that would add to severity and frequency)

7/15/25 - Talked with legal, signed the DA 3947
7/16/25 - MED Packet sent to PEB.

9/15/2025 - no official notification from my PEBLO, but the VA accepted my VARR and increased my referred condition to 10%.

Are you still going through the PEB process?
myself yes, ingram v collins reexam November 2nd, November 5th Examiner sent their portion, no movement since.
July MEB initiated
August Exams completed
Government shutdown etc
Still waiting for narsum

Gov shutdown pushed my DA199 signing party back due to waiting around for an OSC attorney. HOWEVER I signed the new DA199 on 02DEC, PEBLO signed her portion yesterday 04DEC and has been processed. As of now I'm waiting for orders with a final date out, and memo from ICORE.

Sounds like techs typically get 45 days after being discharged to burn up whatever leave/finalize disability packet (or so I'm told) so that'll be the next hurdle.

We are in the exact same boat. I received my DA 199 today and am going to have legal review it with me and sign hopefully today. Where are you a tech at if you don't mind me asking? I am a fed tech at CSMS. Have you done any of the OPM retirement side of things yet?

I'm based out of UTES.

I completed my retirement packet like a year ago I'm sure HRO will want updated data when I get to that point.

Right next door! lol

Interesting, I haven't done anything with HRO yet. Just filled out my basic info on all forms. Did you have to get stuff signed from your civilian DR and supervisor and all that too?
