I cant remember my whole timeline however after reaching out to my Peblo on April 4th to see where everything was at she stated she had my NARSUM/MEB

5 Apr 25: Sent to PEB
21 Apr 25: Sike, Peblo retired did not forward to PEB, New PEBLO said she did it so now lets see what happens

I can agree with that 100% and when called they all give different answers and can’t give a proper update for their lives. Hopefully you don’t wind up back in their realm again like I did. My examiner didn’t fill out the DBQ properly so the VA kicked an exam back and now I’m back in the QA process.31JAN - P3 Submitted

ive been in the qa process since march 12th...I can agree with that 100% and when called they all give different answers and can’t give a proper update for their lives. Hopefully you don’t wind up back in their realm again like I did. My examiner didn’t fill out the DBQ properly so the VA kicked an exam back and now I’m back in the QA process.

Write an email explaining the situation to:
[email protected] (Maximus CEO - a VES company)
Within 24 hours, you will receive a response from a case manager who will actually expedite your case, and provide you updates as often as you choose. (I chose bi-weekly).
The VES rep, Michael Arredondo will get shit done on your behalf. Within 2 weeks of emailing the CEO, my DBQs were submitted to the VA.
Other people to email:

When was it closed? Mine was closed the may 15 and my PEBLO said she had no update yet.Update:
Just did my nightly VA app check and it states claim closed, of course my PEBLO is on leave until next week though. I've been in for over 13 years and this is the worst "hurry up and wait" I've ever dealt with.
If you don’t mind can you please check the VA website or the app and see when your claim was closed. It should still be closed since you won’t see any movement until u ETS. I want to have an Idea when i should be hearing back from my PEBLOI never bothered calling the VA to check.
