I bet if you reached out to your peblo they already know if you were fit or unfit. Your stuff is probably already with the VA. Mine went from the PEB to the VA to getting my ratings in 3 weeks.. So you might also be pretty close. Check the VA website to see if your claim is closed that will be a good indicator you're almost done

Thanks for the heads up, going to talk to the PEBLO if they got anything. I don't see anything on the claims section of VA; maybe just have to wait more.

Congrats on receiving them! Did you sign or are you planning to go on a FPEB?
Thank you. I'm waiting on PEBLO and Legal to reach back out. My DA 199 has two different statements that are conflicting regarding my condition being combat-related. I assume it's an administrative error, but if FPEB is necessary to claim that my condition is directly combat-related, I would have to do so.

Ah, very well. Best of luck to you! Hoping everything goes in your favor. If you do sign, please keep us updated when your EAS gets updated.

Made corrections on the DA199 through my attorney. It was a simple clerical mistake that was addressed rather quickly without jumping through hoops.
17JUL25 - Concurred with DA199

Also, I have been awarded 50% DOD PDRL and proposed 100% P&T from VA.
