Just curious if your NARSUM/CIS were retain/do not retain? I'm waiting for my informal IRILO with medical and then the CIS to be sent to CC.
 
I may be one of the few but I am hoping for the same. Mine was caused by deployment so I don't want to deploy and I don't want to do an ARILO every year so I'd rather just get med retired if possible.

Was told it would be resubmitted no later than 22 December but got no response from PEBLO.
PEBLO told our local AFW2 that they were still awaiting CIS - 6 January 26
Sent new email to PEBLO and AFW2 showing they received document on 12 December 25
PEBLO stated case was resubmitted - 8 January 26 - I really hope to hear something back soon. On medical extension and DOS was supposed to be 28 November 25.

God that sounds like a pain. I’ve had two PEBLOs, and I’ve had to call and prompt EVERY next step. Seems like we have a similar timeline. My stuff should have been sent to IPEB today. Will be interesting to see if we get responses at similar times!

It has been an "experience" to say the least. I was told that they resubmitted it again yesterday so hopefully we will both be getting responses soon!!

If you go into myFSS and click on myFSS cases you should have an open tab and a closed tab. click closed. It lists date created, for me it says subject (PEB Case: MY NAME), lists the status as closed and the last time it was updated. You can click on the details and see why it was closed and who submitted it.

Sadly my case was closed for the third time now with the same issues because my PEBLO is doing things wrong (THE SAME THINGS) I feel so defeated.... Hopefully they can resubmit for the FOURTH time and get it right. IDK.
 
I’d ask your shirt to get in contact with their flight chief or someone above your PEBLO lol. Not to undermined them, but to hopefully have someone help guide them in correcting the issue. Especially if they are a civilian that’s just stepping into that role. They may not know the correct way of things.

My commander is my direct supervisor (weird situation) but he is tracking and has contacted the leadership at medical they should be doing a walk through today to help figure out the issue. My leadership since I moved to the command support staff has had to reach out several times and help me through this process and thankfully have been very supportive but gosh is my situation draining.
 
Well that’s a blessing in disguise have the CC as your direct supervisor. Sounds like they might be getting things figured out. At least I hope. My PEBLO has been out the last several work days, so my stuff is just sitting stagnant which sucks.

13 January 26 - Case closed again!!! Case was submitted again (FOURTH TIME) and closed again the same day for more issues with submission.
14 January 26 - Emailed leadership emailed PEBLO emailed PEBLOs leadership.

Does anyone know how to file a formal complaint this is ridiculous? My case is about to be submitted for the FIFTH, 5 times, What in the world is going on!!! HELPPPPPP

ICE comment maybe? Situation is absolutely ridiculous though. Definitely get in contact with PEBLOs leadership. One or two errors is understandable but FIVE??? I'd be curious to see how other people timeline compare at your base. Is this the only PEBLO on your base?
