Just wondering if anyone here has been through something similar or might have some insight. I signed my AF Form 1180 and submitted all required documents to my PEBLO on April 8th. Since then, I haven’t received any updates.

I’ve already reached out to AFPC, and they confirmed that I have an open case, but couldn’t provide any further details. My PEBLO officer also has no new information to share at this point.

Is this kind of delay normal? How long did it take for things to start moving for you after submitting your 1180? Also, if anyone knows of a good point of contact who might actually be able to give an update, I’d really appreciate it. I'm stationed at Lackland, if that makes a difference.

The process is slow. Six weeks happened in part because I caught the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year holidays. Many people were on leave/holidays.

I signed and submitted my 1180 April 8th also! My PEBLO said it should take about 14 days to receive orders. I’m hoping this week. Let me know if you receive orders!
