ok. So here is the timeline:
This is through Langley AFB for the VA ANG.

January 22, 2025: informed of IRILO Process
February: Met with the Commander: Do Not Retain
March: Received Narsum
April 1: NGB wanted a MH Narsum and other documentation.
April 25th: Completely tore my quad tendon TDY
April 28th: Received MH Narsum and forwarded to NGB
June 9th: Full MEB required and quad tendon surgery repair
June 11th: PEBLO Meeting to go over disposition for Full MEB and briefing
August 10th: reengaged with PEBLO to restart MEB Process as surgery put me on hold for a minute to meet appointment requirements
September 15th: Met with MSC
September 30- October 23: VA Appointments
November 20 and 24: New appointments for blood pressure per the VA.

Dec 31, 2025: AGR will end, but had meeting with Commander and they stated they will be extending my orders until the MEB is finalized.

Now just waiting... which is the worst part... But I'm trying to make it to July 19 of 2026 to hit my 20 year mark. I currently have 48.5 days of leave, and it will be 51 at the end of December.
I will keep updating as the process moves forward... albeit slowly, but forward.

tbh you might make it to July, especially with the January shutdown looming ahead. But im also pretty sure there are threads of people in here that are given the 20 years for being so close to it?

Maybe I will. I just need to show that I was medically retired so I can move forward with the FERS disability retirement should they not have a like position within commuting distance as I am a Dual Status technician for the Guard.

AGR orders were extended. Other than that, no changes. Still waiting... I haven't heard anything. I'm a little concerned about the looming shutdown postponing things even longer... I still want to hit my 20 in July, but I'd rather not go past that lol. I know it's a waiting game and patience is a virtue... but God this 1-hour commute gets old really quick!

Signed my 618 today. . . there is a chance I can make it to July 19th for my 20-year mark. I may have to kick the can a little bit... but at least there is a chance.

Just found out from a phone call to the VA and having them send me an email. My proposed rating for the VA is 100%.

5 March 2026: First MyFSS Email received.

Have you found out your DoD rating?

I have not found out my DoD rating yet, That is being worked on now according to my PEBLO. I just called the va and got my proposed VA rating emailed to me.

10 March 2026: Got the second MyFSS email. . . I'm still hoping I can make it to July with leave etc.... it'll be difficult, but possibly doable. Then I can medically retire with 20 years on July 19, 2026... hopefully.

Just got that today. I'm 40% DOD, 100% P&T VA rating. My PEBLO also spoke with AFPC since I'm so close with PTDY, Terminal, etc. He stated that AFPC said they would verify all of my information and basically delay my orders for a couple weeks to get me to my 20 year mark. I'm happy about that, but also nervouse. People can tell you one thing, and then do something else. . . At least I am being medically retired and not medically separated. So there's that.

Amazing news!!! Super happy for you!

Just looked at MyFSS and my disability case has been closed since 31 March, 2026. I'm assuming orders will shortly follow. It's finally getting real!

I got the notification from the PEBLO today that my orders should show up in PRDA within 24 hours. Just checked PRDA, orders are there for a 21 July 2026 retirement totaling 20 years and 4 days. It's finally over. Bittersweet, but it's over.
