I got word back from AFPC directing me for a full MEB but my peblo said my case is on hold until he gets back my approved LOD. Just wondering if it’s common to get an LOD while going through MH MEB or any MEB?

I am not sure how but my narsum and cis was submitted to DPMR and they requested a full Meb and I was enrolled in DES, but I am trying to figure out if normal for an active duty member to have an LODI'm assuming your either Guard or Reserve. I am not sure, I work close to the mpf and my shirt was notified to complete my LOD months ago and it was never completed so now they are waiting for it to be completed. My situation is Mental Health and a tore ligamentHmm, does your situation involve a "formal LOD"?
You may want to check out DAFI 36-2910 chapt 5. My understanding is that as active duty, all illnesses/injuries are assumed to be in the line of duty with the exception of suspected misconduct, negligence, AWOL, etc. Not sure if any of those apply - not my business...but I find it curious why AFPC is stating that you need an LOD to be completed. It may be worth confirming with your PEBLO exactly why an LOD is required. Is AFPC asking for it or some other agency such as your Wing?
From what the MPF told me and my peblo almost all mental health cases require an informal LOD but I couldn’t find anything about that online
