I guarantee no matter what the mission for you unit is going to get done, don't feel pressured to separate early and miss out on benefits that YOU earned.

Don't stress it. It will make things so much easier for you and your transition to go through the things now and get your benefits that you've earned. Manning will always suck, but this is your only chance to get set up for a smooth transition into your civilian life. Unless your work place is very toxic and you need out ASAP, use this time to get yourself set up for success and ignore what they are telling you.
I created an account just to comment on this thread. I have been following because my husband has the same timeline as others. He received his FSS email October 7th. He called the VA today and they told him he is in the final step of the decision phase and had to create a pin to access proposed ratings. Does anyone know what this means or if he is nearing the end? Any information is appreciated! Thanks in advance!
yeah he will probably receive his ratings soon and then hopefully his orders , hopefully he gets them before the holidays

Just got off the phone with the VA and they told me the same thing I’ve been hearing for the past almost 2 months that I’m still in the decision phase .
Nothing for my husband. He keeps getting told the same thing over and over “final decision phase”. How about you?
Dang, sorry to hear that . But I called the VA yesterday and they told me I was in the 2nd part of the decision phase and that I should hear something soon . I’m guessing that’s the same thing just a different way to say it so for 2 months I’ve been in the decision phase

Have you heard anything about your VA rating?
Not yet, but I’m expecting to hear real soon. Most likely this week or thereafter, plus I’ll be 3 months/90 days for my timeline then. Which is what I was told to expect, “between 2-3 months”.
Oh wow! So are they saying you need another VA appointment??
When you login to the VA app does it say "We cant show your information right now." or is that just me?
