MEB just started

I've been reading many forum discussions on here since I was told that I would be facing an MEB a year ago. I was just notified on Wednesday, 28 Aug 2013 that one was started on me.
The reasons for it are:
Fibromyalgia
Degenerative Disc Disease in my lower back
Sleep Apnea at a rating of 4.5 (The nurse doing the write up wanted it in there since I have sleep issues)

I wanted to see if someone could school me on the entire process of an MEB.

That is a big plate to fill, there are similar questions asked on threads on here, please use the search and if you need clarification on something particular we'll be glad to help!

I received a reply from a different post on the same questions I asked about here from Warrior644. He gave me a good outline of what to expect since I couldn't find one on the site. Thanks for the reply. I'll post any new questions or updates as I get them.
