I was wondering if there has been anyone that has received only 1 unfitting condition on the NARSUM but have had the 199 returned with more than 1. My situation is that the VA for behavioral health has said I was diagnosed with PTSD (as well as my VA doc that I have been seeing for over 3 years now) and the Army doc said that it is not PTSD, just minor depression. The Chief of Behavioral Health and the DCCS have agreed with the Army doc. I have been found unfit for my back and I agree with that one.
